Here is a proposed 3-way division for Italy, Austria, Turkey:
10 Supply Centers Italy
10 Supply Center Austria
13 Supply Centers Turkey
1 Supply Center England (not included in 3-way draw)
Because of the lack of fleets, this draw is precarious. I suggest that Italy build no more fleets and Turkey build one more fleets. The Italian fleets should stay inside the green. If they cross the green Turkish fleets can move toward Italy to stop a solo. Alternately another Turkish fleet needs to move to the north to be able to hold a stalemate line. Turkey has some additional supply centers, but no way to hold the north.
